When I log on my account via the website, it is set up as a new account.

When I log on my account via the website, it is set up as a new account.

When I log on my account via the website, it is set up as a new account. However, when I log on the app, all my episodes are there (328 total). Why did I lose all my episodes on my website account?

Can you please make sure you're using your username and password to log into the Spotify website?

 

You can find your username in the Spotify app under Settings > Account.
