Trying to update my current plan

Hi there!

 

Today I've got the individual plan by accident, then I tried change it to duo premium.

At first, the individual plan amount was charged, and soon after the difference for the duo premium was charged, but my account still like individual plan.

 

What should I do?

Hey @JoaoLopes31,

 

Switching an Individual plan to Duo should only move the next payment date sooner. You will not get charged with the price difference, so that additional charge must have been for something else 🙂 
Tip: You can check with your bank for further details on what has happened there!

It could've been an authorization charge to process the plan change that will be refunded, or possibly additional charges directly from your bank depending on the payment method.

And, as for the plan change, if your account still shows Individual, you have most likely not switched your plan to Duo yet.
To do so, click here, scroll down to Duo and hit 'Select' 🙌🏼
