Why I can’t get premium individual ? Just duo,family or other plans ?

Why I can’t get premium individual ? Just duo,family or other plans ?

I moved to other country in UAE, and I would like to change payment method and country, but it didn’t let me continue with my current plan “premium individual” only duo/family etc
How I can fix it ? To have my current plan and change payment method

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In that case, you'll need to do the following steps:

 

  1. Cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end
  2. Once it has ended, change your country setting through the dropdown menu
  3. Subscribe to Premium Individual again at https://spotify.com/premium using your new payment method
