Why would you allow your computer system to take money from people

...and then not provide them with premium service they have paid for

Really fed up that I've just paid £10 for premium.. but it doesn't work. it says I have a premium account in my account settings.. but this actually has no impact on the spotify application. on neither my deskop or my mobile.

Reading several posts on here it seems others are having the same problem... however i haven't seen any apology from spotify .. or any kind of ETA of when I'm likely to get a working premium account or a refund.
