Will my starred tracks be lost if I downgrade to free account?

I am a Premium user considering a downgrade to a free account on Spotify. If I downgrade to a free account, will my starred tracks go away? I probably have several hundred songs with a star and I'd hate to lose those. Please advise, thanks!

You will keep all your playlists including the starred songs 😉

Thanks for the info! Can you please tell me how to downgrade to free? It's not very clear on the Subscription page. I see an option about canceling, but I'm not sure if that's the same as "downgrade to free account"!

By cancelling your subscription, this will revert you to the free version of Spotify.
