My Question or Issue

So i’ve been logged out of my account and i try to log back in only to be told that my password is wrong as the email is the one i used when signing up so i know it is right so i attempt to reset the password but cant because apparently i had left out some letters when putting in my email when signing up so i am unable to reset my password or do anything of the sort but the missing letters had never been a problem before i dont know what has happened

Thanks for reaching out. Not to worry, we'll be glad to help you get back into your account.

 

If you're still logged in on some device, then you can go to your account page and change the email address from there. Be advised that in order to use the correct email, it mustn't be associated with any other Spotify account, so if you used the correct address to create a free account or something, change it to something else first. It would be best to also delete any unnecessary free accounts to avoid confusion.

 

If you're logged out everywhere and can't get back in, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the account and verify you as the owner.
