Wrong Subscription Status

I've been using Spotify unlimited since 2011 and my account seems to have reverted to a free one. Had a look at my bank and I can see ยฃ4.99 to 'SPOTIFY SPOTIFY UNLIMI LONDON' going out on 07/05/2013 so I don't see how this can have happened. When I try to use the 'Your receipts' section of the site I just get the message 'This feature is currently unavailable. Please try again later.'.

Hey there, welcome to Community. I've just taken a look at your account and your subscription is fine. Seems you might be logging into the wrong account though. Make sure it's your Spotify-specific username rather than your full email address that you use to login and you should get access to your Unlimited account.

Are you sure you are logging into the correct account? Its amazingly easy to accidentally have two, one with a spotify username and another one through Facebook. When you log into the client are your playlists still there?
