account logging in

so, you know how your spotify account stays logged in, right? wel i guess due to a update to their app it logged me out and its been awhile and i cant remember my user and password. i know the email with the account but it told me it was connected with facebook which its not and all i want is my account login back and spotify team isnt getting back to me and its pissing me off.

I think you might want to reach out directly to Spotify Support. With this anonymous online contact form, you can reach them without subscribing to / having access to a Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.

They can also be reached through their Facebook Page SpotifyCares or their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares.
