adress verification don't work

I invited my daughter to my duo subscription.
I can't verify the address even though we are at the address in question. I have my credit card in the right country.
What should I do???

Thanks. I found the problem. We changed the country, so even with the correct account address it doesn't work. You have to change the account country for the address to be accepted. This is not explained in the help.
