after first month trial, I have been double billed

after first trial  month (in Italy) I have been billed twice!

 

no email, no call center, just a not verified twitter account @spotifyitaly to tweet to...

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

As this is a payment issue, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to refund it.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
