bought unlimited, but did not recive it.

Hey, I bought spotify unlimited and i havent recived it. still getting commercials and such. been useing it for ages flawless, but now its gone all wrong. any suggetions on what to do too fix it ?

Hey!

 

Try this simple trick: Log out and Log in back from File.

Thanks for a responds. but it did not fix the problem im affraid.

Do you login with right account?

 

Login Facebook email as username and Facebook password as password. If account created with FB. However you can also try log in with your number username and Facebook password. You can check your number username by logging to Spotify.com.

 

Also what you see here: http://www.spotify.com/account/overview/  Unlimited or Free?

it says "You have an active Spotify Unlimited subscription."

 

Ive always logged in with spotify info, never facebook. 

My account was created long time ago, not via facebook. 

Okey, do you connected to Facebook via Spotify in any way?

 

Do you use same username as showed in Spotify.com when you login?
