Hi,

 

Thank you for your posts here in the Community. We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

This is most likely because you're logging in with the incorrect account. Try logging out and back in with different credentials (e.g., different email, Facebook, Google, phone number). If you need to, you can set a new password from here. If you're not sure you have another account, go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you get the message that the password reset email was sent.

 

On another note, if you still have your old phone, go to the Spotify app or your Account Overview page and check the email or username to verify the credentials. If none of those help, we'd suggest contacting our Support Team so they can help you check.
