can't log with google or e mail and password. Message something went wrong

can't log with google or e mail and password. Message something went wrong

I'm not able to log on my account redacted on the app.
I always have a message that something went wrong.
I tryed though google and mail and password, did rest the password, uninstall and install multiple time.
I also need to link to premium with account redacted
