can this annoying thing stop saying that my gmail does not have an account

linked to the gmail and when i try to make a new account it says that the gmail is already being used

Could you let us know in more detail what the exact issue here is and what you've gone over to reach where you are now?
From the description it sounds like you've tried to link a Gmail account to Spotify. If this has been successful, then creating a new account with that same email would not be possible. Have you attempted logging in instead? If yes, what happens when you do?

In case you've previously deleted an account, linked to the email you wish to use, it'll have to be removed from our system before it can be used again. This process can take anywhere between 14 to 30 days 🙂
