cant cange my coutry to Israel from Israel

Hi,

I am trying to change my country to Israel, I am currently on Israel and the account is stuck on USA.

I read some topics but non helped, when I enter this site: https://www.maxmind.com/en/locate-my-ip-address

It tells me that I'm in Israel, Incognito didn't helped.

It's odd that you don't have the option to update the country. Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using a different browser to update the country following these steps.

If that doesn't do the trick, let me know if your account is currently using a Premium subscription that was purchased in the USA.
