charged three times for a free trial - before its even done

Okay I signed up for a one month free trial this month. Been charged three times so far and its not even been a month. Sent a help ticket. Had no reply. Getting a little irritated as I was planning on spending that money on Christmas presents. So cheers Spotify.

How long ago did you send in the ticket? They normally answer all queries within 48 hours.
