deduct twice a month for different accounts

Hi Spotify Support,

just realised I have been charged twice amount for the premium fee. i only know one account login information, can you help to find the other account login infomation? so that I can terminate the subscription.

I know the 1st account; but i cannot remember the 2nd account. Can you help?

I mean i just want to keep one account as premium, the another account still be charged and i dont know the login information. both accounts charged to the same credit card.
