free account doesn't work

hi, after 2 days trying, with a free acciunt, i can't listen lusic anymore. They ask me 12 chf!!
In spotify websites, it's writibg, listen during 6 month without restriction. It's a joke, very bad thing

As you said, the website says 6 months without the additional free account restrictions, unfortunately, it is 6 months from the date the account is registered and sometimes people don't realise they have registered before.

If you feel like you haven't gotten 6 months, they I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to look into it for you. When submitting your form, if you get an automated email telling you to visit the community, just reply directly back to that message (even if it says not to) and your message will be pushed to a member of the Spotify team.

Just signed up for free month trial but it doesn't work.on I phone 5.tried reinstall but had no success.help

I've just checked your account from our end and everything is looking as it should be. Are you still having trouble getting the iPhone app to recognise your Premium subscription?
