Let’s start off with some basic troubleshooting:

  • Remember your password? If not, you may want to reset it here.
  • Make sure you’re on the right login screen:
    o  Since you made your account with a username and password, enter those and tap LOG IN.
    Note: Make sure you’re not entering your email address in the username field. 
  • Check that you have an active internet connection.
  • Close and reopen the app.
  • Restart the device you’re using Spotify on.
  • Reinstall Spotify.
