how do you remove devices from your account?

how do you remove devices from your account?

I'm trying to download music on a new device but get an error message stating that I need to remove all downloads from another account.. Please help!

If you’re having trouble locating that offline device that’s preventing you from downloading music on a new device, I’d recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
