i am being billed 16.99 a monthly and my plan says it costs 11.99.

i used to be part of a family plan with my son Ben Brock and I thought we had sorted out that we would have separate accounts. How can I fix this?

16.99 is usually a Family plan, while 11.99 is usually an Individual plan. Can you elaborate a bit more on the charges you got? Were you charged both of these amounts in the same month? Are you meant to still be a Family member/owner and yet were charged the Individual price separately? And what do you see on your subscription page?
