i can't save any more music

Hi, y have 3 weeks now trying to save new music to "my music" but it just doesn't work... From Android, PC or Mac with wi-fi, 4g or anything, the music just doesn't get save in my account... can you help me somehow

You most likely hit the 10.000 song limit. I haven't been able to save any new music for a few years now because of this.
