Do you have Windows Firewall enabled?

I turned firewall off and it still wont logon.

Hey roro!

These error codes 101-126 represent connection errors. This is most likely to be caused by a firewall.

If you not tried those, try out!

  1. Enable your lovely firewall.
  2. Remove “Spotify” from firewall exceptions list(s) and close Spotify
  3. Add “Spotify” to exceptions list(s) when it ask (open Spotify)

If failing that. May I suggest enabling firewall and then re-installing Spotify but with newest version using the link below?
http://www.spotify.com/download/windows/

This re-install should prompt the firewall to add Spotify as an exception.

Also you can try to download oldest version from here and see if that works better. Spotify then autoupdate itself. However some folks managed this issue by writing password another time. A little error in password or old password may cause those. Make sure you log in with right details!

Hopefully this helps and gets you back enjoying Spotify in no time.
