individual plan outrageous charge

I'm supposed to have a student plan because I verified it this year. However, apparently I forgot to click a link after I'm verified. Now, my last charge was 50.89TL!! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS I USE ONLY ONE ACCOUNT AND IT'S INDIVIDUAL PLAN! I WANT MY PAY BACK!
