invalid premium code

hey, i bought some hours ago a 10€ gift card in Germany and now i come home (also in Germany) and want to upgrade to premium, but spotify doesnt accept my premium code. its the first time something like this happend to me and im qiet angry, because i spend 10€ and it does not work?! what can i do now? how can i get a valid code (without spending money again!) or at least get my money back?! im pissed...

@tammowhs, it sounds like you may have two accounts associated to your name. Also, would you be able to try inputting your code in a separate browser window or an incognito window?
