lost my £4.99 premium subscription

Hi there...hoping someone can help me...I recently had my card stolen so had to change my card details for spotify...unfortunately I left it a bit late and now its prompting me to do so but only giving me the option to update my details by subscribing to the £9.99 p/m plan when I was always on the origional £4.99 p/m premium plan that used to be an option...what can I do...seems a bit unfair that I have to play double now.

Hi there...thanks for replying, no..I wasn't on the student plan...I was on what used to be the unlimited plan 😞 so annoying that I'm not allowed back on it.

Unfortunately, the Unlimited plan has been discontinued by Spotify quite a while ago which means that updating the payment method, cancelling the subscription or other changes to the subscription will make it impossible to get the Unlimited plan again so only Premium for Family, Premium or Premium with Student Discount are available at the moment.
