My Question or Issue

so i am trying to log in to my spotify premium account on my loner phone because my phone is getting fixed. so my username is rubymoss15 for my spotify account. i was trying my different passwords and when that wasnt working i trying doing the email log in. so i got the link clicked it and it said the link was expired. it was sent at 3 pm. i opened it at 3:01 PM. so i tried reseting my password i tried reseting it twice and it still was saying the the username and password combo was wrong.so i checked to see if i was typing my username wrong and i wasnt typing it wrong so i dont know what is going on.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out to the community. Please follow several of these steps below, if one doesn't work try the other one until you think you are able to log in to your account.

Step 1: Uninstall and Reinstall the Spotify App
Step 2: Log in to your Gmail account.
Step 3: Use help from Spotify Link is: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/?_ga=2.42205862.246974634.1565949570-2085700887.1565949570 and it will direct you to the About page. If you click Option 3 - Offers the Contact Form and Option 4 - Points to @SpotifyCares on Twitter.

In this case we would suggest to start with trying to reset your password in an incognito window

 

It's also a good idea to give it a shot on a different device and different network.

 

If you still have trouble, feel free to send us a screenshot of the error message you get. We will investigate further.
