offline mode unavailable as Premium member for 2nd and 3rd device

I have premium Spottifu account and recently bought a Surface pro 4 device.

Installing the Spottify on the device and loging in with my details i am still not able to delect offline mode as it request me to sign as a Premium member which i already am !!

Tried to Log out and back in on my phone and same thing happened unable to play offline.

Only my main computer can use offline mode which recognizes the premium mode i suggest ??

My accounts all ok and no pending payments to spottify !!!!

Frustrated......Please help !!!!!!!!

Hi @Shillos thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

Would you be able to check the username on your premium account (when you're logged in OK) matches the username and information you're using to login to other devices with? There's a chance you've a duplicate account I think. Let me know how you get on.
