playlist has been removed

playlist has been removed

Hi, my three playlists have been removed,I have not been on my spotify for a week now because I had reach my time limit, I logged on it today and all of them have gone , I need them for a party I have next weekend, the playlist names are ,  wills  , everything  , love  can you please help, my spotify account is a facebook account for Amelia Rose'x, i did the same message around 10 mintues ago on my other account, but this is the account my playlist has gone missing from.

I have replied to your post here although you do appear to have two logins (since you have two different usernames here on the community). Are you sure you are logging into the correct account in the Spotify client?

okay so basically, I had one account at first which I signed up with my facebook account, that is the one I had my playlists on, but then I made another account but not linked to facebook I made one linked to spotifuggle, but then after a while I linked it to my facebook.But then I could not sign in to my first account because it would just transfer me to my recent one,but I finally got in to my first account and the playlist were gone can you please help?!?!

Hey! 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that recovered for you. When you merged the accounts the playlists and things will have been lost in the Spotify system, they will be able to restore them for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hmm, it definitely sent. It was a direct reply to the email address you contacted via the contact form - the same one you're using for Community. Might it have ended up in a spam/junk folder?
