Ma question ou mon problème

Bonjour, j'active ma 4G sur mon téléphone il est mis que je suis en "LTE" je ne sais pas si c'est ça le problème, mais ça me mais que je suis en mode hors connexion. Je ne parviens pas à résoudre ce problème !

Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch about this in the Community! We hope you don't mind a reply in English as it's the official language of the Community.

 

To begin with, don't worry, the fact that you see LTE just means that you are connected to a 4G network, so it shouldn't be a problem.

 

Now, we'd suggest making sure that Spotify has permission to work when using your mobile data. You can check that from your device's settings > Apps > Spotify. If it has permission, then try to disable any Data saver option from the device's connection settings. Or you can leave it on, but allow Spotify to work when it is. You can also do that from Settings> Apps > Spotify > Mobile data > Allow app while Data saver is on.

 

If none of that helps, we'd suggest running a clean reinstall of the Spotify app. And don't worry, you won't lose any content.
