My Question or Issue

Hi my name is Lorenzo, and i have a big problem, i was forced to create a new free account on spotify because i can't recover my old premium account. I remember the username of this account, that is "lorefac2001", but i don't remember the email and the password that i connected to this old account. So when I put the old username in spotify i don't remember the password and when i click on "recover password" the app send an email to an email address that isn't mine and i don't remember what email address i put into and i don't remember also the password. Please i need help to recover my old premium account, thanks in advance and i await your answer. Lorenzo

If you’ve tried the suggested steps here, and are still not able to log into your Spotify Premium account, I would recommend getting in touch with Customer Support via their contact form provided in this support article (where it says “get in touch here”); they’ll take a look and do their best to help.
