second duo account didn't changed region

second duo account didn't changed region

Hey, my partner is the owner of the duo plan, he changed our region with new payment method, it worked. Now, on his device he can listen to tracks, that were previously unavailable, but I still can't listen these tracks on the second duo account, however region is changed in account settings.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Those changes usually only apply after the next billing date. Did that happen yet? It's best to ask the plan manager regarding this.
