spotify downgraded me from premium to free?

Was this with a voucher? It may have expired.
You can click your name in Spotify, go to Account then it will show you your subscription status.

no I just upgraded spotifysoftware om my Mac and it went from premium to free

My android phone is still providing me with the premium version

2 days ago the samething happened with my android phone after upgrading, took 1 hour

That is strange, can you try logging out and back in again making sure you are using the correct log in details?
