I cancelled my premium membership months ago and I am still being charged. I just cancelled again five minutes ago. Hopefully a second cancellation and this message will work. I forgot to cancel before my trial period was up but did right after I noticed the $9.99 charge on my credit card statement months ago. I just noticed that I'm STILL being charged. I want a refund!!!!

Hey there @assburp, welcome to the community!

 

That's odd. Did you finish the cancellation process successfully? You can check for a confirmation email, in that case, all users get one. Look your Spam folder as well, sometimes emails hide in there!

The first time I cancelled was through my phone. I know I finished the process and I never received an email. Nothing from spotify in spam box.
