subscribed for free Premium trial, but its not working

I recently changed from country and cannot change my country settings (because I dont have a local creditcard yet). The message I get from Spotify is that I have to change my country settings or upgrade my account to listen to the music. So I upgraded my account to premium with the free trial, but nothing is changing. I stil get messages to upgrade, although I have a confirmation email for my Premium trial! Please solve this asap!
