upgraded from free to premium with rogers for 2 years free

I have the free version of spotify and my trial has expired. I upgraded my rogers account and got a 2 year free premium spotify. The problem is my account on spotify isnt showing premium its still showing the trial version.

Ive tried loggin in and out a few times, deleting and re-installing spotify and still no luck. 

i have 3 users I can have on the spotify account, the one user activavted fine and it on permium (she never was a spotify user before)
