why doesnt it accept my american express card? I have veried it works

It gives me an error message "The payment failed. Please try again, use a different payment card or a different payment method. Go to our support."
I dont understand i thought it accepts amex?

As long as a card is issued in the country you currently reside in and is listed when you're going through checkout, there shouldn't be any issues with you using it as a payment method. 
In case something does not work, the issue would most likely only be temporary.

Should this continue to happen, I would advise trying again via a different device and/or a different network, through an incognito browser session and with VPN turned off. Although it's sometimes inconvenient, an alternative payment method is also always an option you can try 🙂
