Über Mobilnetzwerk herunterladen

Solved!

Über Mobilnetzwerk herunterladen

Hallo,

Hey @_riff__raff_, welcome to the Community!

We hope you don't mind if we reply in English. If you'd like help in German, you can reach out to us via email.

If your WiFi cuts out while listening to a track, and you have mobile data, the app will start consuming data.

To prevent this from happening, it's best if you keep the app in Offline Mode whenever you're not around a WiFi network.

Hope that helps clear everything up.

Hello,

even though I have disabled the "Download via mobile network" settings on my MotoG5 / Android 7.0, large amounts of data are being loaded. Last month it was about 180MB.

Can it be that when interrupting the Wi-Fi connection, an already started stream is simply brought to a close via mobile data?

The "Offline mode" settings should not affect that issue (?)
