Не проходить код оплати, не сканується і пише що не дійсний

Я придбав карту поповнення в супермаркеті з qr кодом і коли я його намагаюсь сканувати то його не бачить, а коли вводжу цифри під котрі під ним тобто вручну пише що код не дійсний
