$0.99 3 month 0remium after 7 day trial?

Hey.

I'm wondering if I can get the 3 months for $0.99 thing after activatimg the 6 day trial. The promo page says its for people who haven't tried premium before, not sure if the 7 day trial counts. Any help appreciated:)

Hi there, unfortunately activating the 7 day trial will count... These offers are specifically aimed at those users who have never activated premium against their account, whether through a trial, offer or subscription

I see, thanks. I actually intended to buy the 3 month thing but I accidentally started the trial. Welp.

If you've only just started the trial it may be worth getting in contact with support and seeing of they can do anything to help. They're a pretty friendly bunch so you may get lucky 🙂

if you submit a form it'll generate a ticket woith support and you'll get an email with a case reference. Just be aware it may take up to 48hrs to get a response (although normally it's sooner)
