Offline music playback stops after 10 minutes. I deleted the application and the data on the SD card. It worked, but the next day the problem returned.

Hey @i1h,

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Would you mind formatting your SD card and then performing a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? It'd also be great to make sure the card is not formatted as "Internal" memory since formatting an SD Card to be used as Internal memory (called "Adoptable Storage") creates issues with the Spotify cache.

Also, it'd be helpful to confirm that the Spotify app has all the required permissions on your phone and is white-listed for any battery-saver or cache-cleaner apps or tools.

Let us know how you get on. We'll look out for your reply and be here if there's anything else we can help with!

I released the factory settings of the phone and formatted the SD card and
it only partially helped. If I clear the case after 10 minutes of
self-stopping, it will sometimes start working normally. Today on the fifth
attempt. I have a SONY Xperia ZX1 Compact and the ability to change the SD
card to internal memory is not there. He found instructions on how to do
this through the developer's menu, but it didn't work.
