6 months Spotify trial not showing up with s20+

just bought a galaxy s20+ and there is no Spotify 6 months premium in the premium tab even though i got it from Samsung. tried asking for help in spotify support and they did nothing. i also have never had any sort of spotify premium.

It's a good idea to restart the device and then to log out and log back in again. After that you can click on the Premium tab and then choose the 6 months Premium free offer. 

If you get an error message, you can send us a screenshot of it. Just make sure that all the sensitive info is not visible. We'll investigate this further.
