APP CRASH WHEN PREMIUM IS CONECTED (FREE ACCOUNT WORKS)

hi, i have a android chinese headunit and when i try to enter on my spotify premium account, apps crash and close. I try create a free account and apps works properly.

headunit model: k4811

android: 11 spotify version: 8.7.88.496

 

Anyone with a problem like that? (sorry my bad english)

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community! 


Can you try with a different Premium account and see if the same behavior continues? If you have a friend or a family member, who is a Premium user, it'd be great if you can ask them to log in on your head unit in order to test. This will help us understand if it's account related or not.

I have the same problem with my premium account

 Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

To begin with, are you also having this issue with Spotify in your car? If so, send over the make and model of the car. If not, send us the make, model, and OS version of the device you're having this issue with. 

Additionally, let us know if you've tried any troubleshooting steps (e.g., a reinstallation, a soft reset, a different device). On another note, if you haven't, try what @Lyubka  mentioned in our previous reply and let us know how that goes.
