APP STARTET VON SELBST UND ALLE DOWNLOADS SIND WEG

Seit ca 3-4 Wochen öffnet sich die App ständig von selbst. Heist ich spiele mit dem Handy und die App popt einfach auf. Auch sind jeden Tag alle offline Tracks weg und ich muss sie erst wieder runterladen. Bin kurz davor spotify zu kündigen!!!
Hat jemand ein Tipp, drehe bald durch!

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. Hope you don't mind if we reply in English. 

In this case, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account page and click Offline devices in the menu on the left. 
2. Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
3. Reinstall the app. Here's how. 
4. Save your offline tracks again. 

If this doesn't work, please send us a screenshot of the error message you're getting and let us know the Spotify and Android version you're using.
