Accidently uninstalled my app and lost playlists..help

i accidently uninstalled  my  app  and  lost all my playlists.. can i restore?

After reinstalling spotify, just log in with your spotify user name and all your playlists will be there. If you have done this and don't see your playlists, you have either logged in with the wrong details or created a new account in which case, logging out and back in with the correct details should fix things.
