After logging into your account, when you open any playlist on the home page, the message "This playlist is empty. Go to Home to find playlists just for you" appears. When starting a single track, nothing happens. If you log in with a different account, then everything works fine. The problem is only in the mobile application, in the desktop version everything works correctly. Perhaps the problem is related to linking a new device to an account, but when you click on the link to the site from the letter, an error message is displayed and a request to try again later.
Hello folks
I apologize for the issues that seem to have been brought about by the latest update to your phones' OS.
I've merged your posts to monitor the situation and get as much info as possible in order to figure a way out.
I'm going to look more into it, consult the relevant people and give feedback as it comes.
In the meantime, you could all assist me with any info or observations you've made concerning the issue. Anything goes, such as how long it's been going on, whether there are other problems within the app and screenshots showing the problems you've encountered.
Thanks.
HI Taylith
my problem started from October 3rd, I did the android update and since then I see the title of the playlists but they are empty, I no longer see the now playing bar and when I search for a song or artist I see a black screen
