After updating spotify, all offline songs are missing

Hello,

every time when i update my spotify app, all my downloaded songs are lost.

So i need to download all of them manually. Its very bad, because do not have wlan every time...

Sorry to hear that. Check out the steps under “Downloads unexpectedly removed” here. They should help with this.

We also recommend to avoid this from happening in the future, to make sure that the Spotify app is not in use while it's being updated. Avoiding a shutdown due to battery drainage, does also help preventing data loss.

Could you also let us know if this happens only with your downloaded albums/tracks or also with your downloaded playlists?
