Album/discog. pages almost never load and add to playlist glitchy

My Question or Issue:

From the middle of last week, if I try and load an album page, or the discography page of an artist, it's very rare that it actually loads anything at all. If I'm lucky enough to have the page load, when I want to add that album to a playlist via the threedot menu, it tries to load my list of playlists and then just kicks back.

These types of issues could be caused an old cache stored on your device, so the first thing we'd recommend is clearing the cache's app from Settings> Storage. If that doesn't help, then it's best to clean reinstall the app by following these steps. No worries, you won't lose any content, but you'll have to download your offline music again.
 
If this doesn't do the trick, it's helpful to check if it happens with mobile data and WiFi or if you can try with a different internet connection. Additionally, you can try logging in with a different account on that same device to check if that makes a difference. It could be a relative or friend's account.
