Albums only partially downloading

I have selected a number of albums to be downloaded to my device. Some of these claim to have been downloaded completely - the arrow beside them is green, and they show up in Albums if I filter to show only downloads. Yet none of them seem to have downloaded every single track - or at least, most of them haven't. For example, Miles Davis' Kind of Blue only has 2 tracks downloaded, even though the whole album is in my saved songs and the whole album is set to be dowloaded and claims to have downloaded. What is the cause of this and how can I fix it?

I just started having this problem. Overnight, most of my downloaded albums lost tracks. Some albums lost more tracks than others.

I also just got this problem overnight. Not sure what triggered it but after restarting my phone Spotify automatically started downloading ALL (over 500) lost tracks again.
