All downloaded / offline Playlists Albums and Sons lost

Hello community,

I lost again all my downloaded songs/playlists/albums, means they are still available in my library but the the "offline available" switch is reset. It now happened the second time within 2 weeks but didn't had this problem before. Strange is, that the sorage use of Spotify is still about 4 GB, so it seems that the files are still there but spotify lost somehow the link to them!!

I didn't clean the cache or similar, have only 2 offline devices conected...

Does somebody have the explaination?

I've HTC M8 with Android 6.0 and Spotify 4.9.0.992

This just started happening to me as well with noprevious issues and about the same amout of time ago. Just did it again today. They had to do something to the software or something. I think it's crap to have to uninstall and re-install. Loose all your music and **bleep**. IF it happens again they can keep it.
